The free initial consultation is here to provide you with everything you need to know about your new project. This includes discussing and clarifying the requirements for your project, the estimated budget you should expect, any project specific timelines and our fees.

Within 1 Week, Book Now

Week 1 - 4 Measured Survey to Planning Submission

This first stage covers the measured survey for your site, creating the existing and proposed design through drawings, CGI 3D images and video animations.

This section also includes revision meetings to ensure you are happy with the design before submitting the project for planning permission.

2 - 3 Weeks

Week 4 - 10 Planning Management

After your project is submitted for planning permission, if normally takes 6 weeks for your local council to make a decision (8 weeks for commercial projects).

We include for communication and management during this time, ensuring your project is well received and addressing any concerns by the council. This gives you the best chances of approval for your project.

6 Weeks For The Council Decision

Week 10 - 14 Building Regulations Approval

After your project gains planning permission, we add additional detail to your project to make it construction ready. We guide you through the process of appointing a Structural Engineer and a Building Control Officer that are trusted from our previous projects.

Managing this process, we ensure that your project documents gain building regulations approval and are ready to hand to builder ready for construction.

We also provide for tender services, inviting recommended builders to bid for your project.

3 - 4 Weeks

Week 10 - Completion - Contract Administration and Support When Needed

With your project ready to hand over, many clients find they can continue the project directly with their builder. However, services are available for contract administration and additional help if preferred or required by you.
